Bug related to using encroachment preferences at Shear Plate connections - Qnect was using the "Column Web" preference to check the Shear Plate clearing the girder kdet.
Bug with modeling End Plates with turned HSS beam has been resolved.

Now we would like to add a new preference choice so that the bottom of the Shear Plate is always at the bottom row of the shear plate (instead of clear distance from girder flange).
