CISC: Implement AISC-15 bolt holes preference

Allow some rotation of main beam about is span in combination with secondary slope.

• • LIMIT 2.5 DEGREE SLOPE OF SECONDARY + 
  • 2.5 DEGREE ALLOWED ROTATION ON MAIN BEAM +
  • MAINTAIN 2.5 DEGREE MAX DIFFERENCE RELATIVE BETWEEN GIRDER AND SECONDARY
  • In other words we are adding a case that has these geometric limits
    • secondary not skewed AND
    • secondary sloped 2.5 deg max AND
    • secondary not rotated AND
    • main not sloped AND
    • main rotated 5 deg. max AND
    • limit to 2.5 deg total slope angle between main and secondary
    • Where for main or secondary beam,
      • Slope is an angle formed along the beam span and is measured relative to the global x-y plane (horizontal)
      • Rotation is an angle is about the section of the beam beamsure relative to the global z axis (vertical)

Allow slopes up to 5% (2.86 deg.)

Connecting gravity column splice when not supposed to.  This has been resolved

Widen pulldown to size of cell, and maybe show more than (2) choices vertically so it is easier to pick the profile preferences

Add column at the end that automatically shows value of dl-du and another for Case name, ie. I-A, 1-B or 1-C
