Vertical Bracing, Single Angle - Update BOP Report for single angle vertical bracing

Vertical Bracing - Fix text in calc, the calc was correct but the text showing on report was off.

Fixed the text in this calc from this:

Resultant Load per inch per weld, fres = (fv^2 * fa^2)^0.5 = 3.24 kips/in/weld

To this (plus sign instead of multiplication):

Resultant Load per inch per weld, fres = (fv^2 + fa^2)^0.5 = 3.24 kips/in/weld

Desktop: Was able to reinsert connection after changed compression load in column UDA.  This has been resolved.

Fix no-connect with horizontal offset > 6.00 in for opposite End Plates.  For opposite connections that are greater than 6", the end plates connections will be two components.
