"Qnect provided an efficient and seamless design for many of the beams. The automation allowed us to expedite the process review .” - Fortunato Orlando, PE and Principal and EOR for 270 Park

270 Park Avenue is set to be the new state-of-the-art global headquarters for JPMorgan Chase. The 1,388-foot (423 meter), 60-story skyscraper will be New York City’s largest all-electric tower with net zero operational emissions and exceptional indoor air quality that exceeds the highest standards in sustainability, health and wellness. Qnect is proud to have been able to contribute to the sustainability of this project by eliminating thousands of shear doubler reinforcements and bolts. This also helped reduce costs and speed up construction.

“Qnect’s data helped Banker Steel analyze bolt and beam doubler reinforcing requirements early in the connection design process which led to cost, material and man-hour savings for our 270 Park Ave project." - Ron Meng, Banker Steel
