QuickQnect / Tekla Specific Enhancements
- Add NoConnect graph options in No Connections Summary Report
- Bolts clashing with Shear Plate in column web - In certain instances an erection issue was occurring with a Double Angle on column flange and a shear plate on column web. This has been resolved.
- Web-environment: issue with tables: unable to scroll, unable to copy and paste rows - The scroll bar on the mandated preferences pages was not operating properly. This has been resolved.
- Clean-up profiles drop down lists sort and values (forces page ONLY) - this was done for HSS as a secondary
- Issue with CJP welds preps on Moment Connections with CISC building codes has been resolved.
- End Plate connections have incorrect cost data for bolts. This has been resolved.
- HSS tnom vs tdes
- 1. This preference will be removed from the web pages and therefore should no longer be used by the engineering app.
- For connections to an HSS support and for HSS filler beams with CSA G40.21 or A1085 material, can Qnect use tnom instead of tdes when checking strength limit states?
- 2. In the new solution, the app is expected to always use “tnom” value and name with A1085 and CSA G40.21 (350W) HSS material grades.
- 3. This note on sample calculations for A1085 material
- ”Using tnom per user preferences for A1085 material” should be changed to “Using tnom for A1085 material” and this note for G40.21 (350W) material
- “Using tnom per user preferences for G40.21 material” changed to “Using tnom for G40.21 (350W) material”
- Show new fields on Mandated shear plate preferences to meet customer requirements
- When No Connection overwrites red connection it changes the loads back to the original load. It has been changed to keep any loads entered in the UDA by the user.
- Update CISC moment and axial flags = ON in all environments - CISC moment connections and moment connections with axial has been turned on.
